Sit at the edge of the pass and watch courses come to life—sizzling pans, last-minute garnishes, and the calm choreography of service. The menu changes every few weeks, drawing on Mid-Atlantic farms, day-boat seafood, and classic techniques with modern accents.

Cocktail & Zero-Proof Pairings
Our bar team pairs each course with a petite pour: bright spritzers for crudo, oak-kissed sippers for roasts, and garden-driven cordials for dessert. A fully zero-proof track mirrors the experience with house sodas, infusions, and teas.
